Several elements should be considered when choosing the strongest Mortal Kombat characters, including their strength in the canon, their usefulness in gameplay, and their prevalence within the fan community. Between that and the fact that she’s usually wearing some Buzz Lightyear-esque armor, Jacqui is probably a C cup, with a chance of being closer to a D in casual wear.
